Art Wellness
This is a weekly arts-based wellness program designed to support students’ emotional growth, confidence, resilience, and healthy self-expression through creative activities. Through guided art projects, reflection activities, mindfulness exercises, and group sharing, students will learn how creativity can help them connect with others in meaningful ways.

Schedule
The program meets every week in two-hour sessions.

Materials
Basic art materials will be provided by Blue Bird Art Foundation. This includes paper, drawing supplies, paint, brushes, markers, collage materials, and other creative supplies needed for each session.
Students may also bring their own sketchbook or personal art materials if they prefer.
