Art Wellness Program
WELCOME
Blue Bird Art Foundation’s Art Wellness Program is a weekly arts-based program designed to support both members and community participants beyond the art-making process.
Through guided art projects, reflection activities, mindfulness-based exercises, and group sharing, participants are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, develop healthy communication skills, and form meaningful connections with others. This program provides a supportive space where members and community participants can learn through creative activities, strengthen self-expression, and grow emotionally, socially, and personally.
Through art, participants can discover new ways to communicate, connect with others, and develop compassionate leadership within the community.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Blue Bird Art Foundation provides an accessible and affordable platform for young members and the community to learn, create, and grow through art.
